Christian is excellent and very professional, he answered my call very quickly.
The positive effects were acquired in a very short time (the phobia of flying had set in and travel was very painful).
Just after our meetings, I’ve already had two flights of 9 hours each, and I’m amazed at the improvement. It went very well, and I was even able to enjoy the trip, have a meal, take photos, read and play with my child.

I feel so privileged to have met Annie. From the very first call, I felt trusted, listened to and well taken care of.
Annie helped me calm my distress and anxiety about my last trip out of the country.
She followed me closely for a few weeks, meeting with me on a regular basis.
I highly recommend her services.
Phobias and Great Fears
Our fears protect us from potentially dangerous situations and behaviors.
But they can become excessive for things that are objectively not very dangerous.
Phobias are intense, irrational fears that can provoke severe anxiety, anguish or panic attacks.
The usual symptoms of phobias are intense fear reactions, with increased anxiety, accelerated heart rate, breathing difficulties, excessive sweating and the urge to flee or avoid the phobic situation.
The fear – or sometimes even the fear of fear – becomes uncontrollable.
Some phobias are linked to a particular trauma, but others are built up over time, notably through avoidance: something unpleasant has taken on an inordinate importance as you focus on it and avoid it.
If your phobia is linked to a traumatic experience, consider consulting a psychologist or psychotherapist.
Specific or simple phobias
Specific or simple phobias are directly linked to stimuli such as objects, animals or situations.
- Fear of objects, for example, involves fear of needles or mirrors.
- Fear of animals (zoophobia) is common: fear of dogs, fear of spiders, fear of snakes, fear of insects…
- Fear of heights, fear of flying, fear of enclosed spaces (claustrophobia) such as fear of elevators, fear of open spaces (agoraphobia) or of certain places (fear of hospitals).
- Sometimes there’s also a fear of certain meteorological phenomena, such as thunderstorms or storms.
- Finally, there are fears linked to specific situations, such as the fear of vomiting (emetophobia), the fear of blushing (erutophobia), the fear of driving (amaxophobia), the fear of being ill (hypochondria)…
Social Phobia
Social phobia or social anxiety concerns situations of social interaction such as speaking in public, taking part in group conversations, eating in public or meeting new people. Or performance situations like a job interview or giving a speech.
People with social phobia may be terrified of being the object of general attention, of being evaluated or judged.
In children and teenagers, this can translate into school phobia.
Overcoming the embarrassment of having a phobia
Beyond the fear itself, phobias can be a source of embarrassment and even shame.
The people concerned are well aware that their fear is disproportionate and irrational, and feel not only helpless but also ridiculous and ashamed.
Therapeutic Hypnosis for Fears and Phobias
Regaining calm
The state of hypnosis brings great physical and mental calm.
You can work on this during a session, anchoring calm within you so that you can regain it when you need to, especially if you feel the onset of anxiety or a panic attack.
Desensitization:
Once you’ve established this inner calm, you can work with your imagination to relearn how to deal with difficult situations at your own pace: by imagining the object of your fear from a distance or in a disassociated way, then step by step getting used to the idea of it and its proximity.
Hypnosis, combined with visualization, helps you to gradually desensitize and tame your fear.
Developing self-confidence
Particularly for social phobias, work to develop self-esteem and self-confidence will be essential.
By identifying and replacing limiting or distressing thoughts with more realistic and positive ones, we can reduce Social Anxiety and improve self-image.
In the case of Performance Anxiety, positive suggestions are used to reduce negative thoughts about performance. Visualization and relaxation techniques will also be used to help the person feel calmer and more confident.

I take the elevator again!
It takes courage and I take it upon myself but what a change (once I had climbed 23 floors on foot)!
I felt confident during the visualization exercises, which were quite unpleasant. Thank you !
