Hypnosis Video Consultations – Instructions

We offer Hypnosis and Coaching remote sessions by video.

• Of course we would prefer to meet you in real life.
• But if you live far away or just prefer to stay at home, we bring you the benefits of hypnosis where you are.
• Consultations by Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp
• Secure link
• Hypnosis by video, it works very well but it requires a particular environment.
  Here is below a user manual to prepare your video session with us.

Prepare our session:

• Prerequisites: You must have a fast internet connection.
• We will ask you for the phone number of a close person to contact in case of emergency (e.g. in case you fall asleep!)
• You will receive the link for video conferencing 5 to 10′ before the start of your session at the time we connect ourselves.
  Either this will be done directly through the Gorendezvous platform, or we will have sent you a link in advance with a password for the secure connection.

• Choose a quiet place with:
  • A comfortable sofa or armchair if possible reclining. You need to be able to rest your head in a pleasant way.
  • Coverage
• Your phone or computer on a stand:
  • plugged into the mains to avoid a shutdown due to lack of battery
  • oriented to be able to discuss face-to-face at the beginning of the session
  • then oriented so that we can see your upper body (tracking your breathing) and your face during the hypnosis session
  • if possible headphones to help you focus on our voice
• Put your phone on silent mode and remove sound notifications
• A few minutes before our session, log in to the video-conferencing platform with the link we have sent you.

During our session:

• We will first discuss face-to-face to take stock, answer your questions and determine your goal for the session.
• Hypnosis session:
  • We accompany you as in office in a personalized way.
  • We will leave the cameras running so we can track your work. In case of poor network quality, we will eventually turn off our camera but ask you to keep yours to follow you during the session.

Answers to the usual questions:

• Effectiveness: If you are not used to it, maybe you will take longer to return to a state of hypnosis but it is a priori also effective.
• If the communication is cut off: Youwill notrealize anything and may just fall asleep…
