SELF-CONFIDENCE
Feeling more confident with Therapeutic HypnosisHypnosis for Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem
Self-confidence – Self-image – Self-esteem
Self-confidence
Self-confidence is what enables me to take action despite difficulties or risks. I believe in my abilities and this enables me to act effectively, without fear of failure or judgment.
Self-confidence is built on beliefs in my abilities: “I’m capable” or “I’m not capable”.
Self-image
People who lack self-confidence don’t always just have doubts about their abilities, but often also a problem with their self-image.
We go from “I’m not capable” to questioning ourselves: I’m not capable, because in fact I’m the problem.
Self-esteem
Low self-image can be rooted in a history or in beliefs so strong that they attack a person’s identity.
This is the level of Self-Esteem.
The consequences of low self-esteem: this existential doubt about one’s worth can lead to anxiety disorders or depression.
If you are suffering, consult a psychologist or psychotherapist.
The vicious circle between Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem
Lack of self-confidence can lead to a loss of self-confidence.
The resulting disappointing result or failure will attack self-esteem and increase negative beliefs about myself and my abilities.
A vicious circle of loss of self-confidence and loss of self-esteem then sets in.
Impostor Syndrome
This is the feeling of not deserving one’s place, with a background of doubt about one’s legitimacy and right to occupy a role, to receive recognition for a job or a result.
This feeling of not being up to scratch is often combined with the impression of deceiving those around you, and the fear of being found out.
Public speaking
Faced with the gaze of others, pressure easily increases.
For example, if I have to speak in public and I’m the object of general attention, I lose my composure more easily, especially if I’m being or think I’m being evaluated or judged.

Therapeutic Hypnosis to boost self-confidence
Understanding lack of self-confidence
Hypnosis can help you take a step back and identify typical situations of low self-confidence, the inner discourses that are activated and the limiting beliefs that are linked to them.
Overcoming fears and inhibitions
With hypnosis, you can work on the fears and doubts that stand in the way of self-confidence. For example, for public speaking, hypnosis can help you relax, visualize successful situations and boost your confidence in your skills.
Transforming limiting beliefs
Hypnosis can help you change negative or limiting beliefs about your abilities. If you tend to tell yourself that you’re not capable and that you’ll fail, you’ll work under hypnosis to develop more positive and constructive beliefs.
Dealing with stress and anxiety
To prepare yourself for new environments or new behaviors, you can work with visualization to reduce stress and anxiety.

I wanted to settle an old relationship conflict and this was an opportunity to work on my self-confidence! This freed me, especially on the professional side: I also asked for and got a new position!
I came for speaking in English which is not my mother tongue. It was okay but I was still a little stressed and I knew my tone was monotonous.
I don’t know how, I’m now more relaxed and natural in my speech, and I enjoy it more.
