My name is Julie Rocque, hypnotherapist and IFS practitioner at Solutions Hypnosis.
I do consultations with adults, adolescents, and children (age 10 and above) with Ericksonian hypnosis and IFS, in Montreal Petite-Patrie and online (after at least one initial session in person).
It will be my pleasure to accompany you on topics like motivation, confidence, hypnobirthing, sleep issues, unwanted behaviours and habits, grief, stress and emotion management, relationship patterns or life transitions.
My approach is an integrative one, an invitation to enter into a relationship with those parts of you who “cause problems”, and to include them in the process. This is done respecting your pace and inner ecology, while you remain the active creator of your hypnotic experience.
