Duration: 50 to 60 min - $130 taxes included
Specific format 1st session:
Duration 1h ($130 taxes included) or 1h30 ($180 taxes included) depending on the team members.

Prepare your online hypnosis consultation
- Prerequisites: You must have a fast internet connection.
- You will receive the link for video conferencing 5 to 10′ before the start of your session at the time we connect ourselves.
Either this will be done directly through the Gorendezvous platform, or we will have sent you a link in advance with a password for the secure connection.
- Choose a quiet place with:
- A comfortable sofa or armchair if possible reclining. You need to be able to rest your head in a pleasant way.
- Blanket
- Your phone or computer on a stand:
- plugged into the mains to avoid a shutdown due to lack of battery
- oriented to be able to discuss face-to-face at the beginning of the session
- then oriented so that we can see your upper body (tracking your breathing) and your face during the hypnosis session
- if possible headphones to help you focus on our voice
- Put your phone on silent mode and remove sound notifications
- A few minutes before our session, log in to the video-conferencing platform with the link we have sent you.
During our session:
- We will first discuss face-to-face to take stock, answer your questions and determine your goal for the session.
- Hypnosis session:
- We accompany you as in office in a personalized way.
- We will leave the cameras running so we can track your work.
In case of poor network quality, we will eventually turn off our camera but ask you to keep yours to follow you during the session.
Answers to the usual questions:
- Effectiveness: If you are not used to online consultation, maybe you will take longer to return to a state of hypnosis but it is also effective.
- If the communication is cut off: You will not realize anything and may just fall asleep…
